How to deal with failure and make it a part of learning and improving
At the dinner table every day, her dad would ask her and her brother, what have you failed at today. Sara Blakely says this is what helped succeed in life and have a successful company.
"Dad I tried out for this and I was horrible", she would tell him, and her dad would hive five her and congratulate her.
Failure for her became "Not Trying" versus the outcome.
